AI Strategy Lead
Help organizations decide where AI belongs, what to do first, and how to know it worked.

What you will do
- Lead strategy engagements: discovery, opportunity scoring and a prioritized roadmap.
- Define the measures that show whether an AI deployment worked.
- Hand over to implementation, and stay involved through launch.
- Shape how we run and price our strategy work.
What we look for
- Experience in strategy, consulting or product leadership with AI or data-heavy work.
- Enough technical depth to judge what is feasible and what is not.
- Strong communication with executives.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries.
- A technical degree or hands-on machine learning experience.
You do not need to meet every point to apply. We care about what you have built or proved more than titles.
Pay and benefits
The base salary range for this role is $150k–$220k a year. It is the range we expect in good faith to pay; where an offer falls depends on experience and skills. Offers also include equity.
